I need free money or a good loan.  I need a building in my town, West Milford, NJ 07480.  Possibly an investor to help me get started. I need equipment, insurance. I will be taking babies from 6 weeks old to 12 years old.  There are 2nd and 3rd graders in this town going home to empty houses.  There are not enough latchkey programs in this town. The older children have nothing to do and need to keep busy. The vandalism keeps rising on a daily basis. These kids need somewhere to go after school until their parents are home. I need a building, equipment, insurance benefits.  I will be doing 6 wk old to 12 yr old children.  There are 2nd and 3rd  graders coming home to empty houses in this town.  There is not enough daycare or latchkey programs. The vandalism rates are continuing to rise. The older children need somewhere to go to keep busy before their parents come home from work.
